Sam Smith Undergoes Throat Surgery

The 22-year-old British singer, Sam Smith was forced to call off a number of shows after doctors discovered bleeding in his throat.
The singer who has canceled couple of his shows in different cities this April due to vocal chord disabilities posted a photo of himself on May 13 informing fans he won't be able to speak again for the next three weeks He said  

''Enjoying my last day of speaking, After today, no speaking for three weeks. So if you see me on the streets sorry if you think I'm a dick head and can't say hello. Also gonna be silent for my birthday. Sounds funny aye?''
