President elect General Buhari has stated that all political appointees will declare their assets in the court before and after they have served the nation, he made this statement in an interview with Sahara Reporters, he is quoted below:
"All those that were governors, ministers, permanent secretaries, head of foreign staff and all those with political appointments will have to declare their assets on the assumption of their appointment and definitely with the courts. And once they leave they have to re-declare their assets."
This is the change Nigerians voted for.
